Here is my top ten must haves for the home workout enthusiast!
You can literally do anything with these bands. They are a complete home gym. Check out my review here! I love these things.
This is a must. They are cheap, light, fairly easy to use and the results are fantastic. This isn’t a gimmick product. See my review of the ab carver pro here.
Get one that doubles as a dip bar for the best of both worlds. Before gyms were invented this was the go to exercise for getting buff!
Take the strain off your wrists and get better results from your push ups using push up handles. I recommend rotating ones. Read my review on the perfect push ups here.
You can get dumb bells quite cheap these days. You can pick them up at car boot sales and swap meets for next to nothing. There are some pretty cool adjustable ones out these days but they are quite pricey.
Working out on the floor at home can get pretty uncomfortable and can also be slippy. Get a mat. They are cheap and will help you avoid injury.
No it isn’t girly to skip! Every pro boxer on the planet uses skipping as a way to drive up their cardio vascular fitness and if it’s good enough for them it’s good enough for us.
Great for stretching and all kinds of ab exercises. Do take up a lot of room though
Great for releasing tension as well as giving you a full body workout. Muscles, heart and lungs will thank you for this one.
A program to follow!
Don’t just go through the motions and work out randomly. Follow a proper work our program and you will see much better results. I guarantee it. The regularity of the workouts will drive up your results.
